HighRadius Cash Application Consultant, Associate

Overview

Provide HighRadius Cash Application consulting and implementation services within RSM's Finance Transformation solution. Support client relationship management and onsite client projects.

What you'll do

• Consult with clients’ accounting, financial, operational and other management personnel to improve their businesses.
• Lead HighRadius Cash Application implementation projects.
• Assess, troubleshoot and test during the implementation cycle.
• Configure, test and debug the HighRadius Cash Application solution.
• Collaborate with functional leads, technical teams, product management and QA to deploy solutions rapidly.
• Train and advise clients in the leading use of HighRadius products to fit their specific needs.
• Cross train on additional HighRadius modules to ensure comprehensive understanding and ability to diversify implementation capabilities.
• Train and mentor staff/project team.
• Perform process analysis and optimization, documentation and project management in collaborative teams.
• Participate in the sales process.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of end-to-end HighRadius Cash Application implementation experience.

Nice to have

• Consulting or Professional Services firm experience is preferred with previous pre-sales/sales experience.
• Understanding and demonstrated experience with working with multiple clients.
• Corporate or industry accounting experience.
• Previous experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements.
• Ability to anticipate and address client concerns and issues.
• Fast learner, ability to break complex issues into project steps and problem solve.
• Ability to facilitate clients, and project teams, at all levels of the organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data assimilation and organization skills.
• Strong self-direction and team working skills.
• Experience working with teams in the US.
• Understanding and demonstrated experience with working with multiple clients.
