Overview
Engineering Services Analyst supporting Industry X operations and product lifecycle management (PLM), with a focus on Bills of Materials (BOM) and related product data processes.
What you'll do
- Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.
- Create parts based on classification, project, manufacturing and supplier.
- Prepare Engineering Change Orders (ECO, MCO, Deviation) based on input from Product Engineers and Design Engineers, and work with CCB members to implement them.
- Manage Bills of Materials (BOM), ensuring accurate, complete and consistent data processing into the systems.
- Ensure replacement part configuration.
- Validate 2D drawings and documents according to part and change order requirements.
- Ensure all requests are processed accurately and within target dates (SLAs) and KPIs.
- Resolve BOM queries and discrepancies, and ensure correct supplier data through AML changes.
- Interact with clients through calls and chats, and handle requestor queries and emails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create Partner Domain accounts and Agile access for external users.
- Monitor project status and report metrics.
- Support management of Agile user account privileges and roles.
- Create parts, documents, Bills of Materials (BOM), ECOs, ECRs, Deviations, MCOs and EOL in the PLM system.
- Update DTP based on process changes and updates received from the client.
- Ensure all change orders are documented correctly before processing.
What you'll need
- Any graduation.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Primary skill: PLM Bills of Materials (BOM) - P1.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Results orientation.

- Location: Bengaluru.
- The role may require working in rotational shifts.
- Day-to-day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
- The role may involve limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management.
