Overview
Analyze and report on HR data and processes while supporting cyclical HR activities, strategic projects, and business decision-making.
What you'll do
- Collect and compile HR metrics from Workday, surveys, interviews, records, and other sources.
- Analyze trends and patterns related to attrition, turnover, and employment-law compliance.
- Prepare, present, and explain data findings in business and client-facing presentations.
- Support performance management and merit increase or bonus processes.
- Provide cross-functional support for talent planning and engagement survey action planning.
- Contribute to ad hoc Human Resources projects across Total Rewards, Talent Management, I&D, and Organization Design.
- Use AI tools to enhance analysis, automate reporting, and generate HR insights.
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of experience in related HR areas.
- Experience analyzing HR data and using Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to learn HRIS, payroll, and employee management software; Workday is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools and concepts.
Details
- Remote position in the United States.
- Base pay: $48,131.00–$81,225.49 per year.
- Eligible for an annual bonus plan with a 5% target.
