Partner Marketing Specialist

Overview

Support the operational, logistical, and marketing enablement needs of Twilio’s partner marketing programs. The role focuses on lead data, campaign assets, events, partner systems, and budget administration.

What you'll do

• Manage lead uploads for partner campaigns and events.
• Audit campaign statuses and partner account data.
• Coordinate global campaign-in-a-box kits.
• Maintain the self-service Partner Portal.
• Review co-branded partner materials against brand guidelines.
• Coordinate Partner Summit and event logistics.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, and partner marketing budgets.

What you'll need

• 3–4 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or partner/channel marketing support.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience organizing digital assets or managing a PRM platform or CMS portal.
• Experience supporting corporate events, webinars, or large meetings.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.

Details

• Remote role in the United States.
• Not eligible for hiring in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
• Occasional travel may be required for in-person project or team meetings.
