What you'll do

• Analyze HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and hiring.
• Create executive-ready PPT decks for leadership and business reviews.
• Convert data into visuals, insights, and storyline-driven slides.
• Apply data storytelling (problem → insight → recommendation).
• Highlight key trends, risks, and business impact in presentations.
• Build and maintain standard templates and reporting decks.
• Partner with HR, TA, and Finance to deliver actionable insights.

What you'll need

• 3+ years in HR/workforce analytics or reporting.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Strong data storytelling and visualization skills focused on PPT.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Details

• Location: IND-Hyderabad-Hybrid (Hyderabad).
• Shift timing: 2nd shift, IST hours.
