Overview

Manager – India Supply HR Business Partner supporting the India Supply Chain Leadership Team with end-to-end HR partnership across talent, culture, leadership, capability, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations.

What you'll do

• Partner with India Supply Chain leaders to translate business priorities into an actionable people agenda.
• Provide coaching and counsel to leaders and people managers across workforce planning, performance, and employee relations.
• Drive the Talent Review and succession planning process for India Supply Chain.
• Lead talent development actions including career conversations, development planning, and internal mobility support.
• Implement performance management and calibration processes and support quarterly Let’s Talks.
• Ensure consistent HR policy/process implementation across recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, mobility, and performance.
• Manage employee relations matters such as grievances and workplace issues, including investigations with Legal support.

What you'll need

• Strong HR Business Partnering experience, preferably within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations.
• Ability to partner effectively with leaders and employees across levels.
• Experience across talent management, performance, employee engagement, capability building, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, matrixed environment while building trusted relationships.
• Knowledge and understanding of the full scope of the Human Resources function.
• Stakeholder and matrix management and engagement skills.
• Leadership, coaching, and communication skills to inspire confidence and drive execution.

Details

• Based in Gurgaon (HQ) and requires travel to stay connected with stakeholders across markets.
• Line management for the local Operations HR function and direct reports based in India.
