Overview

Support the HR team with daily HR operations and projects across recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations.

What you'll do

• Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems while ensuring confidentiality.
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research and provide administrative support for ongoing HR projects.
