HR Intern + Trainee

Overview

HR Intern focused on HR Operations & HR Business Partnering, supporting employee lifecycle activities and engagement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support employee onboarding, induction, probation, and confirmation processes.
• Coordinate documentation and maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS.
• Track and report HR data and assist with basic analysis.
• Assist with employee queries and day-to-day HR operational activities.
• Coordinate people-related activities with managers, employees, and HR stakeholders.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee connects and feedback gathering.
• Assist with performance management and appraisal cycles through data collation and follow-ups.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Have 1 to 2 years of prior experience before post graduation.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and have strong attention to detail.
• Be proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
