Learning & Development – Intern

Overview

As an L&D Intern, you’ll support the Learning & Development team with training coordination, onboarding/transition support, learning resources, and employee engagement activities.

What you'll do

• Organize and schedule training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Support onboarding and transition activities for employees in the Ready for Allocation (RFA) team.
• Maintain training attendance and feedback records using HRIS and other systems.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including virtual and in-person events.
• Create and update learning materials and resources.
• Coordinate with people operation teams to help ensure development programs run smoothly.

What you'll need

• Be a postgraduate student with a degree in HR or a related field.
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Use MS Office applications comfortably.
• Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills at C1 level.
• Work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Be adaptable and proactive in managing tasks.

Nice to have

• Have a graduate degree in English Honors.
• Have familiarity with operational tools.
