HR Operations Specialist

Overview

HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and accurately process HR transactions, including transitions from offshore locations.

What you'll do

• Process hiring items such as hiring and reference letters with high accuracy.
• Handle personal data changes, job data changes, and terminations.
• Manage Workday administration activities such as new hires, employment changes, and terminations.
• Follow up with managers and HRBPs for clarifications, approvals, or corrections.
• Process transactions to meet KPIs under the Case Management Framework and SOX Matrix.
• Perform/enable audits of HR data entry accuracy.

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of work experience in HR Shared Services.
• Ability to handle job requisitions including bulk creation, validation, and approval using business rules.
• Knowledge of data protection principles to process confidential and sensitive employee information.
• Solid understanding of Workday and HR ServiceNow.
• Good Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
• Experience in a global/multinational company with stakeholder management.
