Overview

Accenture is hiring an HR Service Delivery Analyst with a focus on Payroll Process Design. The role analyzes and solves lower-complexity problems and works as an individual contributor within a team.

What you'll do

• Design processes for payroll preparation and pay-slip calculation.
• Design processes for post-payroll registration, such as accounting booking, payments and social security.
• Design processes for recurring statutory forms submission.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Work on daily tasks with moderate instruction and receive detailed instructions on new assignments.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Payroll experience in US, UK or international payroll.
• Primary skill: Payroll Process Design (P3).

• The role may require working in rotational shifts.
