HR Service Delivery Analyst

Overview

HR Service Delivery Analyst role focused on payroll process design, handling lower-complexity analysis and problem solving as an individual contributor within a team.

What you'll do

• Design processes for performing payroll preparation.
• Design processes for pay-slip calculation.
• Design processes for post-payroll registration (e.g. accounting booking, payments, social security).
• Design processes for recurring statutory forms submission.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue and reduce costs.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Payroll experience into US, UK and international payrolls.
• Primary skill: Payroll Process Design (P3).

Details

• Location: Mumbai.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Day-to-day interaction with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors; limited client and management exposure.
• Moderate level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
