Overview

Accenture is hiring an HR Service Delivery Analyst to work on payroll planning and distribution, handling lower-complexity problems as an individual contributor within a team.

What you'll do

  • Distribute employees' pay accurately and on time through chosen channels such as banks.
  • Execute the distribution of earnings statements either manually through pay slips or electronically through company portals.
  • Analyse and solve lower-complexity problems.
  • Interact day to day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
  • Work on a focused scope of work as part of a team.

What you'll need

  • Any graduation.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Primary skill: Payroll Planning and Distribution (P3).
  • Payroll experience into US, UK or International.

Details

  • Location: Mumbai.
  • Contract conversion to FTE.
  • May require working in rotational shifts.
