HR Service Delivery New Associate

Overview

An entry-level HR Service Delivery role supporting the Workforce Data Admin function, handling HR transactions and employee queries to meet SLA, quality and compliance standards.

What you'll do

• Manage HR transactions ensuring SLA quality and accuracy.
• Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Adhere to SOPs and audit control requirements.
• Work closely with peers, leads and stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and issues proactively and ensure closure.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to efficiency and automation initiatives.
• Be aligned to SLAs and focused on long-term operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement and deliver consistent client value.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 0 to 1 years of experience.
• HR tools and systems, including ServiceNow ticketing.
• Quality and Compliance frameworks, including SOP adherence and QC processes.
• Global client handling exposure.
• Strong HR Operations domain knowledge (hire-to-retire lifecycle).
• Ability to manage SLAs, quality, and customer experience.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High focus on compliance, governance, and process adherence.
