Overview
Manage HR operations and administrative workflows across the employee lifecycle, with responsibility for payroll readiness, onboarding, vendors, payments, travel, and data accuracy.
What you'll do
- Review HR and payroll data and support accurate, timely monthly payroll cycles.
- Resolve payroll and onboarding discrepancies with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Manage onboarding, payroll readiness, documentation, and orientation workflows.
- Track employee payments and travel expenses with Finance.
- Manage HR and administrative vendors, invoices, reconciliations, and renewals.
- Coordinate global mobility, business travel, recruitment administration, and office workflows.
- Recommend process improvements and maintain HR procedures and documentation.
What you'll need
- 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, office administration, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to analyze discrepancies and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for work quality and accuracy.
- Ability to independently own recurring timelines, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Effective communication with HR, Finance, employees, candidates, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
Nice to have
- Experience working with payroll or HR administration vendors.
- Experience managing complex employee-related data.
- Experience identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
