I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Sr Analyst

Overview

Hands-on development, automation and delivery of standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards, working closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure timely, accurate and business-relevant reporting.

What you'll do

• Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports as per agreed timelines and specifications.
• Provide SME support.
• Extract, transform and prepare data from HCM tools and/or other HR systems for reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain reports on Workday or SAP, Advanced SQL + Workbench, ServiceNow Reporting, Advanced Excel, Power Query, VBA, Cognos, Snowflake, SSRS, Global Scape, MS Access, Smartsheet, WebApps and Tableau.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, spot anomalies and support decision-making with relevant insights.
• Support dashboard creation or maintenance using tools like Power BI or Tableau (if applicable).
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across all reporting outputs through regular validation and testing.
• Maintain clear documentation for report logic, transformation steps and data sources.
• Collaborate with team members and respond to data or reporting queries from stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks.
• Follow defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handling.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• SAP Report Writer (not SuccessFactors), Workday Report Writer (Advanced + Composite + Prism Analytics) or ServiceNow Reporting.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel), Advanced SQL, SQL Workbench, Cognos Reporting, SSRS, Global Scape, Snowflake, MS Access, Reporting & Visualizations, WebApps, Smartsheet.
• HR domain knowledge, compensation reporting and analysis.
• Problem solving skills (analytical skills, collaborative thinking or adaptable to change).
• Verbal and email communication: sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, pronunciation, customer service.
• VBA or Power Query, Tableau, Power BI.
• Stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable.
