I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Sr Analyst

Overview

Hands-on development, automation and delivery of HR reports and dashboards, covering both standard recurring reporting and ad hoc one-time requests, working closely with the Reporting Manager.

What you'll do

• Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports as per agreed timelines and specifications.
• Extract and prepare data from Workday for reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain Workday reports (advanced, matrix, calculated fields) and dashboards, and Excel-based reports or dashboards using formulas.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, spot anomalies and support decision-making with relevant insights.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across all reporting outputs through regular validation and testing.
• Maintain clear documentation for report logic, transformation steps and data sources.
• Collaborate with team members and respond to data or reporting queries from stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks.
• Follow defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handling.
• Demonstrate willingness to upskill on tools and technologies that enhance delivery and operational efficiency.
• Work in shifts as required to support global reporting cycles and client time zones.

What you'll need

• Any graduation degree.
• 8+ years total years of experience.
• 5+ years total years of role-specific experience.
• Customer service, stakeholder management, service delivery management and operations management experience.
• Strong technical skills in Workday Reporting and Analytics, Advanced Excel, and VBA or PowerQuery, with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
• Workday Reporting, Workday Dashboards, Workday PRISM and Workday Discovery Boards & Worksheets.
• Reporting and visualizations (advanced MS Excel).
• HR domain knowledge.
• VBA or PowerQuery.
• MS Office (Excel).
• Email writing skills.
• Problem solving skills (analytical skills, collaborative thinking or adaptability to change).
• Verbal communication: sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency and pronunciation.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement in reporting processes.
