IAM Developer

Overview

Develop and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution configuration for business units within the Digital Experience Group's Delivery Support and Services team, working in an Agile team alongside architects, developers, QA, UX/UI, DevOps and a Product Owner.

What you'll do

• Understand and translate business user specific IAM requirements into solutions.
• Understand the in-house IAM solution and channel any change requests to the platform team.
• Work closely with the Technical Lead and Architect to develop solutions to specifications in the solution design.
• Translate UX design into working solutions using reusable components and artifacts developed by the platform team.
• Develop and deliver code and configuration artifacts as part of the continuous delivery process.
• Document the solution.
• Communicate regularly with other groups and adopt company culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree (B.E / B.Tech. Computer Science) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience.
• Strong understanding of IAM landscape concepts: SSO, Federated SSO, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.
• Experience working with commercial I&AM solutions such as PingFederate.
• Experience with Java, Spring, SQL, REST, JS, HTML/CSS, JUnit, CI/CD.
• Strong hands-on experience working in Unix environments.
• Familiarity with the Scrum Agile method of work.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of working with external customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Desire and ability to thrive in a distributed technical environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and self-managing, able to work independently.

Nice to have

• Masters degree.
• Good knowledge of standard web (SOAP) and Web API.
• Experience with AWS, LDAP, Bash.
• Working with the SAFe approach.
• Familiarity with the DevOps landscape and scripting.
• Familiarity working in a cloud environment.
• Passionate about the latest technology trends with a strong desire for innovation.

Details

• Position will require working some evening, weekend and holiday hours.
• At points in the development, delivery and support cycle, position may require 24x7 cell phone availability.
