Identity Security Privileged Access Architect

Overview

Identity Security Privileged Access Architect role in Pune, supporting design, automation, and implementation of identity and privileged access management solutions using CyberArk.

What you'll do

• Contribute to development and improvement of the group privileged access tool (CyberArk), including possible SaaS and hybrid direction.
• Drive initiatives to mature privileged access security controls, services, and processes.
• Build governance and oversight for security controls and services.
• Support implementation of Just in Time and least-privileged processes.
• Support global CyberArk instances (currently 3 on-prem instances).
• Contribute to security documentation (policies, standards) and controlled monitoring of user sessions.
• Develop patterns for management of non-human/service accounts and AI risk identification for privileged access.

What you'll need

• Strong experience with IAM lifecycle focused on Entra ID, Active Directory, cloud identity concepts, and CyberArk.
• Strong secrets management knowledge covering SSH, keys, passwords, and certificates.
• SME-level knowledge in developing and managing formal security documents.
• Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders while improving maturity.
• Vendor tooling knowledge: CyberArk Guardian level.
• Coding skillset to support other engineers and the Identity Security team.
• Cloud (MS Azure as a main focus) privileged account strategy and ownership.
