Implementation Consultant

Overview

The Implementation Consultant owns end-to-end remote onboarding for lower-segment accounts, delivering standardized deployments that drive time-to-value and product adoption.

What you'll do

• Own onboarding from discovery through configuration, training, and go-live confirmation.
• Deliver Spanish-language enablement via live sessions and recorded modules.
• Configure standard integrations and features using repeatable playbooks.
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies; escalate blockers and drive resolution.
• Track implementation KPIs and document project artifacts for post-go-live handoff.
• Run multi-customer cohorts when appropriate and capture customer feedback to refine playbooks.

What you'll need

• 2–4+ years’ experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing delivery roles.
• English proficiency required for internal collaboration.
• Strong project management skills including planning, prioritization, and risk management.
• Technical aptitude to guide configuration and troubleshoot common issues.
• Customer-centric mindset to simplify concepts and drive adoption through training.
• Data-driven approach to track KPIs using CRM, ticketing, and documentation tools.
