Implementation Engineer

Overview

Implementation Engineer responsible for end-to-end technical onboarding for new customers, including configuring and integrating the platform with hospital systems and ensuring smooth go-lives.

What you'll do

• Own technical implementation for new customers, including environment setup, configuration, data mapping, and integrations.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations with hospital/health-system systems such as EHRs, data warehouses, and third-party systems.
• Partner with hospital IT/informatics and clinical teams to gather requirements, scope work, and resolve onboarding issues.
• Debug data and connectivity problems across APIs, file feeds, authentication, and data transformation/mapping.
• Write and maintain implementation documentation, runbooks, and reusable playbooks for each deployment.
• Support customers post-go-live during stabilization and hand off to Customer Success/Support.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations with timelines, stakeholders, and technical risks visible.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in implementation, integration, or solutions engineering for a SaaS product.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML data formats, and basic scripting (Python/JavaScript or similar) for debugging.
• Strong ownership mentality to drive onboarding from loosely defined scope to a working outcome.
• Troubleshooting instincts for ambiguous, multi-system problems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
