IMS Budget Specialist I

Overview

IMS Budget Specialist I is responsible for analyzing clinical trial site contract payment terms, building and maintaining accurate site budgets in CTMS, and supporting payment setup and resolution across project teams.

What you'll do

• Analyze and interpret payment terms and conditions in fully executed site clinical trial agreements (CTAs).
• Ensure contract budget accuracy and CTMS template alignment.
• Input site budget costs using CTMS templates and perform quality control of the cost structure.
• Support contract interpretation and develop payment strategy with project and department teams.
• Ensure vendor financial account details and complete tax documentation are in place for clinical trials.
• Participate in payment setup issue resolution and liaise with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Update and maintain contractual site budget setup and progress status in the database, and work with enterprise financial systems.
• Provide input on payment strategy during Investigator Payment Planning (IPP) meetings.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of experience with an accounting background.
• Education in B.com / M.com / MBA-Finance/BA/BBA.
• Ability to multitask across several projects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective team player.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems.
