Overview

Associate in Financial Crime Compliance focusing on KYC/AML and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Conduct client due diligence (CDD) including identity verification, source of funds, and beneficial ownership.
• Perform initial checks on client documents and data for completeness and accuracy.
• Research using various databases and sources to verify client information.
• Assess client risk levels based on business activities, geographic location, and other factors.
• Run sanction and adverse media screening and analyze matches.
• Maintain KYC documentation and ongoing monitoring records.

What you'll need

• 3-6 years of experience in KYC, AML compliance, or a related banking role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations including BSA, AML, and KYC requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
• Analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and identify potential risks.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Bachelor degree qualification (any grad) is required.
