Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate in Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations process, aligned with the Customer Support vertical and handling customer and employee queries for client organizations.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handling escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers and giving the best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations while ensuring seamless, personalized interactions.
• Manage a blended support process with 60-70% of interactions handled via calls and the remaining volume divided between emails and chats.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
