Indirect Tax - Associate

Overview

Indirect Tax Associate responsible for GST compliance, return preparation and filing support, ITC reconciliation, invoicing compliance, and export documentation tracking.

What you'll do

• Monitor invoice booking in SAP for GST compliance.
• Track Export General Manifest status through ICEGATE.
• Coordinate with invoicing and logistics teams on pending export documentation.
• Track and report pending SEZ-endorsed copies.
• Monitor exports under LUT and prescribed timelines.
• Prepare merchant export declarations and supporting documents.
• Prepare GST returns, delivery challans, and ITC-04 returns.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in GST compliance and indirect taxation.
• B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter qualification.
• Experience with SAP-based accounting systems.
• Knowledge of GST laws, rules, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP-SD and FI modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing organizations.
