Industrial Engineer (P2)

Overview

Industrial Engineer to lead high-impact initiatives across ADI’s front-end manufacturing network, including capacity modeling, factory scheduling, cycle time reduction, operations research, and productivity improvement.

What you'll do

• Build cross-site capacity models, utilization analyses, and loading scenarios for expansion planning.
• Drive cycle time reduction and WIP optimization using Factory Physics, bottleneck analysis, and constraint management.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools for factory scheduling, output optimization, and operational decision-making.
• Run operations research and statistical analyses to find productivity improvement opportunities.
• Design predictive/optimization algorithms and AI-enabled analytical solutions for manufacturing.
• Lead validation and continuous improvement of scheduling logic, planning assumptions, and data structures.
• Standardize methodologies and mentor junior Industrial Engineers.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of Industrial Engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing or other complex manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• SQL proficiency.
• Python proficiency.
• Power BI proficiency.
• Statistical analysis tools proficiency.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
