Industrial Trainee

Overview

Industrial trainee role for CA students in Rubrik’s International Accounting & Reporting team in Bangalore, supporting U.S. GAAP close and international reporting activities.

What you'll do

• Assist month-end and quarter-end U.S. GAAP close processes.
• Execute close procedures to support reliable financial reporting.
• Collaborate with corporate accounting teams during monthly book closure.
• Analyze accounts to help assess financial risks and support accounting integrity.
• Draft journal entries and assist with account reconciliations.
• Support preparation/maintenance of reports and schedules for auditors.
• Reconcile GST & WHT activities, support tax returns and refund applications.

What you'll need

• Be currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification.
• Be eligible and actively seeking mandatory CA Industrial Training.
• Have a strong theoretical foundation in accounting principles.
• U.S. GAAP or IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Be motivated and detail-oriented to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Have excellent communication skills for global team collaboration.
