Information Security Compliance Manager (India)

Overview

Information Security Compliance Manager role focused on managing Tide’s India regulatory compliance for financial institutions.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary liaison to Indian financial regulators and local partners on information security topics.
• Own and ensure compliance with applicable Indian information security regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Define and enforce local information security standards for India regulatory and operational needs.
• Lead regulatory-specific audits in India, including RBI Systems Audit Report (SAR) and Data Localisation audits.
• Manage information security risk in the India context by interpreting and applying regulatory risk management requirements.
• Prepare reporting on security posture, risk status, and compliance efforts for India senior leadership and regulators.
• Monitor Indian financial sector regulatory and compliance developments related to information security.

What you'll need

• 7+ years experience in information security risk and compliance with a heavy focus on the Indian financial sector.
• Demonstrable experience interacting with financial regulators and government agencies in India (RBI, CERT-IN).
• In-depth, current knowledge of RBI Master Directions, data protection regulations, and payment security standards for India.
• Proven experience managing and responding to regulatory audits, particularly the RBI SAR.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for regulators and senior management.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISA, or CRISC (strongly preferred).
