Infra Engineer-HVAC

Overview

Infra Engineer–HVAC will ensure technical building services remain operational during shift duty and coordinate engineering activities on-site in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Maintain electromechanical/utilities services with a technician team during shift.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control faults and lead investigations for recurring failures.
• Ensure HVAC and electrical equipment installations comply with OSHA, NFPA, and regional policies.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and validation of new electrical equipment or facility upgrades.
• Manage vendor SLAs/AMCs and ensure contractors meet safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and conduct regular inspections.

What you'll need

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical OR equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction industry.
• Knowledge of working procedures.
• Analytical and meticulous approach with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems using logic and assign/monitor maintenance projects.

• Reporting to: Property Manager / Technical Manager.
