Infrastructure Specialist

Overview

Infrastructure Specialist responsible for diagnosing complex infrastructure issues, designing and integrating enterprise IT solutions, and delivering reliable systems across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

What you'll do

• Diagnose issues across servers, networks, cloud environments, and systems.
• Recommend solutions based on feasibility, timelines, and customer priorities.
• Test, refine, and automate processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Plan and integrate infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Document architectures, procedures, and operational hand-offs.
• Coordinate Architects, Project Managers, and Technicians through project delivery.
• Communicate technical solutions to customers and stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• Deep expertise in a specific technology domain.
• Enterprise IT application experience.
• Hands-on experience with software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of technical design techniques and tools.
• Logic and reasoning for evaluating alternative solutions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
