Overview

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA process automations for Morgan Stanley's Fund Services business using UiPath and related automation tools. Work with business users and stakeholders to deliver customized solutions for complex finance and operations processes.

What you'll do

• Document business requirements in process definition documents.
• Propose automation solutions using appropriate tools.
• Design scalable attended and unattended bots.
• Develop, test, and deploy automations using UiPath, Alteryx, and Power BI.
• Prioritize and track requirements with stakeholders.
• Monitor robotic solutions and report their impact.
• Identify risks, track progress, and report project benefits.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of software development and UiPath RPA experience.
• MBA, B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech with relevant finance-industry experience.
• Knowledge of the RPA lifecycle, UiPath REFramework, Orchestrator, Studio, and StudioX.
• Experience across RPA requirements, solution design, development, testing, and operational transition.
• Understanding of data structures and coding practices such as error handling and logging.
• Knowledge of RPA documentation and development standards.
• Strong communication, organization, ownership, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
• Machine learning or artificial intelligence delivery experience in banking or finance.
• Experience with Xceptor, Alteryx, Tableau, or data analytics tools.
