Institutional Strenghthening Specialist (International)

Overview

Institutional Strengthening Specialist (International Expert) role focused on organizational development, capacity building, HR development, and knowledge management for large organizations.

What you'll do

• Lead institutional assessment and organizational strengthening initiatives for large government, public sector, or private organizations.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and develop capacity-building strategies aligned to organizational objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement customized training programs for technical, managerial, and administrative personnel.
• Prepare annual training calendars and monitor implementation of capacity development initiatives.
• Plan and facilitate national and international conferences, workshops, seminars, and knowledge-sharing events.
• Develop and implement public outreach and awareness programs for major government schemes and institutional initiatives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in institutional development and strengthening.
• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA).
• Demonstrated experience designing customized capacity-building programs.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development frameworks, change management, and institutional governance.
• Experience coordinating with national and international organizations and government agencies.
