Instructional Designer

Overview

Support the design, development and delivery of learning solutions that help dunnhumby colleagues and clients build capability, working across learning design, content development, learning technology and learning operations with subject-matter experts and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Apply learning models, frameworks and technologies to design effective, high-quality learning experiences
• Create learning solutions for web-based learning, instructor-led and virtual workshops
• Support the development of AI-enabled learning experiences, including chatbots
• Support learning operations and coordination activities
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience using learning and creative tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, MS Office, Figma)
• Experience applying learning frameworks such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick
• Experience with LMS, LXP and web-based learning platforms, with a basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Experience analysing learning feedback, data and reports to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Nice to have

• Exposure to chatbot development using Node.js and Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA)
• Exposure to HTML-based course development
