Instructional Designer

Overview

Produce polished, learner-ready video content for a training course catalog. Own the production pipeline from approved scripts and storyboards through visual development, editing, quality review, and final delivery.

What you'll do

• Translate learning objectives and scripts into visual sequences.
• Develop storyboards and shot sequences.
• Generate and refine video, imagery, and motion assets using traditional and AI-enabled tools.
• Edit and finish footage with pacing, transitions, audio sync, and color adjustments.
• Build motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, and animated diagrams.
• Review assets for accuracy, quality, relevance, and instructional alignment.
• Manage project files, versioning, asset libraries, and production workflow improvements.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, instructional media, or related production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with modern and AI-powered video production tools.
• Strong storyboarding, visual planning, and instructional design skills.
• Understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
