• Research, script, produce, edit, and publish digital learning assets.
• Improve existing digital learning assets over time.
• Own the full content lifecycle from idea to published experience.
• Build and scale an AI-forward academy experience for customers, partners, and internal teams.

What you'll need

• Experience creating digital learning content as a strong content creator.
• Ability to produce video content (video producer).
• Experience working as a learning technologist.
• Comfort using modern AI and multimedia tools to create learning assets.
• Self-directed capability to lead a lean or solo content function initially.
