Integration Engineer

Overview

Provide consultative business and system integration services to help clients implement effective solutions, translating customer needs into business and technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Offer expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into business and technology strategies.
• Lead discussions on transformation initiatives, the customer journey, and functional and application designs.
• Ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.
• Act as an SME, collaborating with and managing the team, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute on key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across teams.
• Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of integration projects.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve integration challenges.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Product Development Management.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Product Development Management.
• Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and clients.
