Intern - Performance Marketing (Content)

Overview

A six-month onsite internship in Bengaluru for a hands-on performance marketer who manages end-to-end digital marketing, from running ads and creating content ideas to tracking and optimizing performance. The role carries high ownership, with responsibility for results rather than just execution.

What you'll do

• Study the audience, market and competition for each app, then write ads that drive downloads and a first purchase.
• Decide the angle, hook, format and script for each ad, and write the copy yourself.
• Brief designers and video editors on your concepts and follow through until the output matches your intent.
• Ship multiple creative variants per campaign, around 80-100 per week, on fast cycles.
• Run your own A/B tests, read the results and decide what to try next.
• Track what is working in each market and make sure the creative feels native to that audience.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of performance marketing content or growth marketing.
• Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Understanding of performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPI and CTR.
• Experience working with creative and video teams.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Regional language copywriting skills (English plus a regional language preferred).
