Overview

Intern, Talent Acquisition at Headout, supporting the TA team and owning hiring processes end to end across multiple roles.

What you'll do

• Own recruiting processes from sourcing and screening to candidate communication.
• Manage interviews and coordinate with stakeholders across hiring activities.
• Support offer negotiation as part of the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.
• Experiment with AI tools and automations to improve how hiring is done.
• Work on improving recruiting effectiveness by learning what works and what doesn’t.
• Build understanding of talent, role requirements, candidate assessment, and hiring data.

What you'll need

• 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
• Related internships or project experience are a plus.
• High ownership with initiative and follow-through is expected.
• Strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders is required.
• Comfort with data, including spreadsheets and tracking recruiting metrics, is required.
• A problem-solving mindset to handle ambiguous problems is required.
• Curiosity about AI and tools to automate or improve work is expected.
• Adaptability to switch between roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment is required.

• Role is based in Bengaluru, with an option to relocate if not local.
