International HR Report Specialist

Overview

Support international HR data requirements for countries and regions outside France within the HR Data Analytics team. Deliver reliable HR data extractions, reports and occasional simple dashboards for recurring and ad hoc business needs.

What you'll do

• Produce accurate HR data extractions and reports for recurring and ad hoc business requirements.
• Validate data consistency and quality before distributing reports.
• Identify and report anomalies or inconsistencies.
• Explain HR indicators, metrics and reporting results to stakeholders.
• Document assumptions, limitations and other relevant information required for accurate interpretation.
• Apply relevant local and legal requirements when preparing HR data and reporting deliverables.
• Identify recurring reporting requirements and escalate opportunities for automation, process improvement or dashboard creation.
• Occasionally contribute to developing simple dashboards and reporting solutions based on business requirements.

What you'll need

• Ability to produce reliable and accurate HR data extractions and reports using Workday and/or Cornerstone.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data processing for data verification, analysis and reporting.
• Ability to validate data consistency, identify anomalies and ensure data quality before report distribution.
• Good understanding of local HR and legal regulations applicable to HR reporting and data management.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of HR KPIs and metrics and how they are used by operational HR teams.
• Knowledge of Power BI and the ability to contribute to the creation of simple dashboards.
• Understanding of HR data governance, confidentiality, data security and data traceability principles.
• Ability to identify recurring reporting requirements and recommend opportunities for automation or technology-enabled solutions.

• Reports to the International HR Report Specialist Manager and works closely with the HR Data & Process Governance team.
