Interns - Content Developer /Technical Writing/ Instructional Designer

Overview

Intern to develop high-quality product documentation and instructional videos for Epicor products, working with cross-functional teams in the Product Operations and Learning Team.

What you'll do

• Produce documentation and instructional videos for Epicor Learning.
• Create implementation guides, user guides, how-to articles, and process walkthroughs.
• Explain technical concepts in clear, simple, conversational terms.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Testers to ensure documentation supports customers.

What you'll need

• Be a fresher with a degree in Technical Writing, Education, or Instructional Design (or related program) or equivalent experience.
• Have fluency in oral and written English.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and/or other desktop publishing software.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Use exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational/time management.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or with project teams.
• Basic familiarity with tools is expected; Jira and certain software listed as a plus.
