Inventory Management, Senior Manager

Overview

Senior Manager role in Inventory Management within State Street Markets, covering settlements, fails and buy-in processing for equities and fixed income products.

What you'll do

• Work closely with offshore / onshore partners to provide a seamless processing environment.
• Monitor and chase to get the recalls settled to suffice client deliveries.
• Research and clear share exceptions between systems.
• Manage fails.
• Respond to client and trading requests and ensure all responses are timely and accurate.
• Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making.

What you'll need

• Working experience in DTC, international settlements, buy-in management and fails management in equities and fixed income products.
• Must have skills: agency lending settlements, recall management, claims management, recall returns, broker billings processing.
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in DTC or international markets; equity settlements.
• Working with onshore teams.

Nice to have

• MBA or B.Com.
• MS Excel and other tools.

Details

• Location: Mumbai.
• Shift: flexible to work in EMEA shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST) and NA shift (incl. 8 PM IST logins).
