Investor Services Analyst

Overview

Investor Services Analyst at Revantage, responsible for evaluating, completing and distributing reporting to investors and lenders on Section 42 Low-Income Housing properties.

What you'll do

• Review incoming reporting from property management companies for accuracy and completeness.
• Review loan documents and partnership agreements to confirm reporting requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain tracking records in Salesforce, set up recurring Salesforce records, and create new reports and dashboards.
• Run reports to confirm all required reporting is captured and log received reports with annotating information.
• Reach out to property management companies and internal April Housing departments for updates on required reporting.
• Provide guidance to property management companies when incorrect reporting is submitted.
• Respond to requests for additional information from investors and lenders.
• Manage a shared mailbox in Outlook used for incoming reporting.
• Establish and maintain an archive of sent reporting in SharePoint.
• Perform targeted research projects and assist on technology platforms.
• Utilize Yardi to download financial reports.
• Help implement and streamline processes to improve efficiency.

What you'll need

• Experience in Investor Reporting, Lender Reporting, or Debt Analysis.
• Familiarity with debt documents and financial reporting related to real estate (such as Balance Sheets, Rent Rolls, Operating Statements, Cash Flow Statements).
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• BA/BS in Accounting, Business/Finance or related field.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a "customer service" mentality when communicating with external and internal counterparts.
• Ability to juggle assignments independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using a computer database as a primary work environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit industry.
