Program Management Analyst - Cigna Healthcare

Overview

Entry-level Band 2 administrative role supporting the intake and portfolio processes of the IHDS Strategic Change Function, building towards a Band 3 Intake Analyst position.

What you'll do

• Support the Intake Analysts with all meeting administration: scheduling and checking attendees, capturing and circulating minutes, and following up on actions.
• Carry out housekeeping activities for the Intake, T-shirt and Business Impact Assessment tools and Jira.
• Carry out housekeeping and follow-ups associated with the capacity allocation model.
• Complete other general intake admin tasks, including Jira updates, SharePoint and Confluence updates, and upkeep of the shared mailboxes.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Reports to the International Health Delivery Services (IHDS) PMO Lead.
• Works closely with the IHDS Intake Lead, other Intake team members, the Reporting Team, regional Portfolio Leads, and business and Technology colleagues.
• Full training will be provided.
