Overview

IO and Mixed Signal Layout Design Engineer responsible for full custom layout design for I/O libraries and analog mixed-signal IPs in planar and FinFET technologies.

What you'll do

• Design full custom layouts for I/O libraries and analog mixed-signal IPs.
• Drive floor-planning decisions for placement and routing that meet requirements and performance metrics.
• Perform comprehensive layout verification for quality and compliance.
• Own end-to-end deliverables within the schedule.
• Adapt to new methodologies and communicate with teams across sites.

What you'll need

• 8-12 years of experience with a B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical engineering.
• Hands-on experience in I/O library and analog mixed-signal IP development and verification.
• Solid understanding of planar and FinFET layouts and process technology.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso Layout and Siemens CALIBRE verification tools.
• Expertise in layout verification and debugging (e.g., DRC/LVS/ANT/ERC/DFM, LPE, PERC, EM/IR).
• Familiarity with physical design flow including LEF generation and PnR.
