IP Renewals Analyst

Overview

Join Clarivate's Global Operations team in Noida as an IP Renewals Analyst, processing invoices and supporting the renewal of clients' intellectual property rights.

What you'll do

• Perform activities related to renewals of clients' portfolios of IP rights based on client requests, within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
• Review and process invoices, provide resolutions for invoices, and release invoices for payment
• Resolve all supplier queries and requests received in the team within the agreed SLA
• Process allocated invoices as per work instructions, team alignment, task priority and client requirements
• Review invoice status on respective renewals systems
• Interpret invoices and act as per work instructions
• Handle exceptions and process payments
• Forward generated output for quality checking
• Acknowledge completion of work to supervisor or clients
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement actionable changes by identifying process gaps and wastes

What you'll need

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree (B.Com)
• Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing/Accounting/ERP experience to process vendor invoices and reconciliations of accounts accurately
• Preferably 1 or 2 years of experience in Finance Operations (AP/AR)
• Accounting fundamentals
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpretation and comprehension skills
• Equipped at using MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Nice to have

• Postgraduate or master's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in Finance Operations
• Experience working on Oracle Financials
• Reconciliation experience
• Journals understanding/processing knowledge
• Advanced MS Office tools knowledge, especially Excel
• Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, results orientation, enthusiasm, determination and commitment
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and within a team

• Location: Noida
• 40 working hours per week with flexible time between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM (IST)
• Permanent role
• Team of 9-10 colleagues reporting to the Operations Manager
