IT Analyst (SAP SD Consultant)

Overview

IT Analyst role focused on designing, developing, and supporting business solutions and processes to meet business requirements.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas.
• Collaborate with business process teams and stakeholders to design and build required objects.
• Document detailed designs.
• Build, test, and implement application objects.
• Assist with issue resolution.
• Ensure functional and technical designs meet business requirements and architecture standards.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant experience (or a Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline preferred).
• Experience with order to cash and customer service business processes (order management, case management).
• Experience designing and configuring SAP ERP (SD module) and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with functional designs and working with an ABAP team.
• Experience with system integrations, configuration, data management, and troubleshooting complex application issues.
• Experience with SAP ECC Sales & Distribution (SD) configuration and processes.
