Associate - Client Services

Overview

Senior Client Service Associate I partners with internal teams to service Institutional and High Net Worth clients across the client lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound client communication via a client relationship management system.
• Work with internal business partners to gather and personalize documents for client onboarding.
• Prepare reports and materials for client meetings and attend meetings as needed.
• Generate custom quarterly reports and perform quality control for report accuracy and completeness.
• Complete due diligence and client questionnaires.
• Maintain databases, compile business metrics, and investigate client inquiries to formulate responses.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex client experience issues.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of relevant work experience; 3+ years preferred.
• University degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate with clients via email and phone calls.
• Detail-oriented approach with skills for quality control.
• Accountability, adaptability, collaboration, and customer engagement.
• Relationship management, prioritizing effectively, and strategic thinking.
• Continuous improvement mindset and group problem solving skills.
