IT Business Analysis Senior Specialist

Overview

Senior specialist role owning the analysis, configuration, reporting and ongoing support of Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS for customers.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs, pain points, and desired outcomes for the requested changes and enhancements.
• Analyze the existing Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS configuration and data to identify opportunities for improvements and new capabilities.
• Document the detailed requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate operational requirements into well-defined solution designs and recommend quality outcomes that meet business expectations.
• Leverage the Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS platform's configurability and customization capabilities to implement the requested changes and enhancements.
• Develop custom reports, labels, dashboards, and KPI metrics based on the Blue Yonder WMS data to meet the customer's reporting and analytics requirements.
• Configure warehouse/site environments from scratch and implement required warehouse process flows based on business and operational requirements.
• Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability for reporting and analytics.
• Optimize data management practices, including data cleansing, normalization, and governance, to maintain data integrity and reliability.
• Train operators on Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS Superuser tasks.
• Provide comprehensive training to the customer's end-users on the new features, functionalities, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles to ensure the customer's team can effectively utilize the enhanced Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS.
• Monitor the performance and adoption of the implemented changes and enhancements and gather feedback from the customer.
• Identify and prioritize additional improvement opportunities based on the customer's evolving needs and industry best practices.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS and its integrations.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS on development and implementation projects.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of BY Dispatcher WMS architecture, including the required infrastructure setup.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into well-defined solution designs.
