IT Developer

Overview

Design, develop and support Salesforce solutions for customer relationship management, sales enablement and business process automation, working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms.
• Build AI-enabled business capabilities using Salesforce Agentforce, Prompt Builder and Salesforce AI features.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs, platform events and REST-based services.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows, approval processes and workflow automation following platform best practices.
• Implement Salesforce security controls including Organization-Wide Defaults, role hierarchy, sharing rules, permission sets, profiles, field-level security and restriction rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, platform events and other integration frameworks.
• Participate in solution design discussions and recommend approaches that improve scalability, performance, maintainability and security.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain high-quality code through unit testing and deployment standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering, OR Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or Science (MSc), with 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, platform events and asynchronous Apex technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce security architecture including Organization-Wide Defaults, role hierarchy, sharing models, permission sets and field-level security.
• Experience with Git or Bitbucket, CI/CD practices, deployment tools and Agile delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Data Cloud Consultant or Agentforce Specialist.
• Experience supporting Sales Enablement, CRM transformation or commercial operations initiatives.
• Experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps and release management tools.
• Experience working with Jira and Scrum-based software development teams.
• Experience optimizing Salesforce data models, application performance and platform scalability.
