IT EDI Integration Project Coordinator

Overview

IT EDI Integration Project Coordinator role focused on leading EDI-focused projects and coordinating B2B implementations using SAP.

What you'll do

• Coordinate new B2B implementations for time- and business-critical OE requests.
• Handle SAP configuration and mapping specification design.
• Communicate with internal and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal rules, standards, and governance.
• Support existing and new solutions on a daily basis.
• Lead EDI-specific projects and participate in cross-department projects (e.g., S/4 HANA).
• Drive continuous improvements of processes and technical solutions.

What you'll need

• Academic degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or equivalent qualification.
• Multiple years of experience coordinating B2B integrations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP EDI.
• Thorough functional knowledge of SAP SD and general functional knowledge of SAP MM.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., EDIFACT, VDA, ANSI) and EDI configurations in SAP.
• Project management skills/experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Working experience in a manufacturing company, ideally automotive or automotive supplier sector.
• Keen attention to detail.
